Asside from being crippled with a mild returning-to-work-after-an-amazing-2-week-vacation depression the last couple weeks Im finally feeling like blogging again. It might be the 35 degree heat and thirst quenching Mojitos that Robbie has stirred, nay...muddled up. But I have also been battling an empty bank account (see awesome vacation comment above) and a broken camera...till the gods of compressed air shone heavily on the bike shop one late Thursday afternoon in which my hand was directed by an unknown force to not only fix the broken gelatto maker, but to unstick my camera lens with a blast of air from the shop pump. Yeah I got a camera again. And just in time for an early morning ride to an amazing swimming hole tomorrow. Got the weekend off and plan on using it wisely, heat be damned me and FRANK! are gonna grill some salsiccias Romagna style!





In the last two weeks I did get to make a couple days out on a ride or two, one so riddled with dehydration cramps I stopped and layed in the dirt till they subsided and stopped three times to buy and drink slowly carbonated mineral water (know I how I know youre gay...). Another ride was quickly interrupted by a call to go with friends to a busker festival by way of my fav swimming hole, by CAR! the rest of the week has been spent in the shop, making deliveries and pick-ups in spots that are WAY MORE FUN with Tammy riding shot-gun, and hitting the beach for a swim, a beer, and a free show...summer ITALIAN stlye...
